Mr. Kittinitekorsalbandit IM Chhun Lim, President of the Constitutional Council, accompanied by the Constitutional Council’s delegation, laid a wreath in homage to late His Holiness Samdech Preah Agga Mahā Sangharājādhipatī Kitti Uddesa Pandita TEP Vong, the Great Supreme Patriarch of the Kingdom of Cambodia, who passed away of old age at 93 on Monday, February 26, 2024, at 17:40.
