The Constitutional Council held a Plenary Session to examine and deliberate on the Letter of Samdech Akka Moha Ponhea Chakrei HENG Samrin, President of the National Assembly, requesting the Constitutional Council to examine the constitutionality of the Law on Minimum Wage. As a result, the Constitutional Council unanimously decided that the Law on Minimum Wage (Decision Nº 195/003/2018 CC.D of June 26, 2018) is in conformity with the Constitution.
