The Constitutional Council held a Plenary Session to examine and deliberate on the Letter of Samdech Akka Moha Ponhea Chakrei HENG Samrin, President of the National Assembly, requesting the Constitutional Council to examine the constitutionality of the Law on the Organization and Functioning of the Council of Ministers. As a result, the Constitutional Council unanimously decided that the Law on the Organization and Functioning of the Council of Ministers is in conformity with the Constitution.
