Mr. Kittinitikosalpandit IM Chhun Lim, President of the Constitutional Council, led a delegation of the Constitutional Council to pay homage to late Samdech Chaufea Veang Varaviengjaya Athipadei Sringka KONG Sam Ol, Member of the National Assembly, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of the Royal Palace, President of the National Committee for Organizing National and International Festivals, and Vice President of Cambodian Red Cross, who passed away of old age at 94 on Monday, September 02, 2024, at 08:35 a.m. in his residence in Sangkat Boeung Prolit, Khan 7 Makara, Phnom Penh.
