On Sunday morning, February 05, 2023, on the appointment of H.E. Mr. Kittinitekorsalbandit IM Chhun Lim, President of the Constitutional Council, H.E. Mr. TAING Ratana, Secretary-General of the Constitutional Council, led officials of the General Secretariat of the Constitutional Council to attend Meak Bochea Ceremony celebrated under the high chairmanship of Lok Chumteav Kittisanghabandit MEN Sam An, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Assembly-Senate Relations and Inspection in the gathering hall in front of the Great Buddha Stupa on Mount Preah Reachtroap (Oudong) in the presence of the two Supreme Patriarchs of Cambodia, monks, senior officials, officials, national and international guests, citizens and Buddhists from all over the country.
