Decision Nº 097/002/2008 CC.D of May 12, 2008: Request of Samdach Akka Maha Ponhea Chakrei HENG SAMRIN, President of the National Assembly, requesting the Constitutional Council to review the constitutionality of the Law on the Elections of Capital City, Provincial, Municipality, District and Khan Councils, adopted by the National Assembly on April 02, 2008 at the 7 th Session of its 3 rd Legislature and approved by the Senate on April 29, 2008 at the 4 th Plenary Session of its 2 nd Legislature.
